Catherine holds a degree in interior design from Michigan State University. After moving to Hawaii, she developed an interest in art tile and created a handmade tile business called Big Isle Handcrafted TileAfter ten years on the Big Island, she moved to Asheville with her two daughters, experienced thirteen years of teaching and returned to the design field offering creastive products and working with the green building community.
