Bella Wood Fired Ovens are World Class and Made in Colorado, USA
Bella pizza ovens are fully-assembled and available as free-standing carts for your custom outdoor kitchen. Each oven is made with 304 stainless steel, solid-weld construction so they won't wobble, rust or break down. These wonderful ovens heat up remarkably quickly (10-15 minutes) and they use very little wood. And best of all, you are going to love making Pizza Napoletana and Bistecca Fiorentina in your own wood-fired oven.
Remarkably Easy to Use
Bella pizza ovens give you all the fun of a heavy refractory wood oven, without the long heat-up times. That’s because the oven cooking chamber is made from beautifully shaped stainless steel that reflects the heat of your wood fire onto your cooking floor and your food. Your Bella pizza oven can heat up to Pizza Napoletana temperature in a little 15 minutes — less time than it take charcoal grill. And because a stainless steel pizza oven is so easy to fire, it requires very little wood and leaves almost no ash behind to clean up. Pizza Napoletana has never been so easy.
High Temperature Pizza Baking
Don’t let its pretty face and easy operation fool you — your Bella pizza oven is a high-temperature cooking beast. It is designed for the 800ºF dome temperature you need for baking Pizza Napoletana in about two minutes. The wood-fired Bella pizza oven cooks three ways, using heat reflection from the oven dome, heat conduction from the firebrick oven floor and convection as the oven breaths in cold air and exhausts hot air through the vent. It’s a great way to cook.
Real Firebrick Cooking
The Bella pizza ovens feature a real firebrick cooking floor — just like an Italian pizzeria. The Bella cooking floor transfers heat to your web pizza dough and creates steam to let you make real Pizza Napoletana, complete with great blister marks and just the right amount of char. Our firebrick floor is designed to withstand the demands of high temperature baking, roasting and grilling, providing years of worry-free operation.
The Grilling, Baking, Roasting and Pizza Oven
It’s one oven that can do it all. You can grill a steak over real wood coals using a Tuscan grill, or sear a tenderloin directly on the hot firebrick cooking floor. Roast a turkey or a whole chicken; and bake incredible hearth bread. A Bella pizza oven can grill better than the best grill and bake and roast better than the best conventional oven. You can use terracotta bakeware, cedar planks, a Tuscan grills, cast iron, enameled cast iron, paella pans, and a lot more. If you can cook it, you can make it better with a Bella pizza oven.
All 304 Stainless Construction
Unlike other metal pizza ovens, the Bella pizza ovens feature all 304 stainless steel and continuous weld construction for years of high-temperature cooking and rust-free operation. The Bella oven cooking chamber utilizes ultra-premium 14-gauge 304 stainless to withstand the rigors of continuous 800ºF baking, while the oven trim, landing, chimney and door all feature polished 304 stainless for good looks and durability. Known world-wide as the best material for both cooking appliances and outdoor operation, 304 stainless costs more, but it's worth it. And besides, your Bella pizza oven is going to be outside in the rain, snow and morning dew for years to come — and you want it to look as good after a few winters as it does the day you buy it.
Like the best commercial pizza ovens designed for 24/7 use, the Bella pizza ovens feature thick, ultra-premium, 100% ceramic insulation — which means that your oven stays hot on the inside and cool on the outside. The oven’s metal outer enclosure stays cool to the touch, while the cooking chamber easily maintains a constant 800ºF. That means your oven uses less wood, while it cooks beautifully.
